The HP Experience Centre is set-up as real-world, work environment, providing enterprise customers and partners in West Australia the opportunity to interact and experience the latest HP Managed Print Services (MPS) products and solutions.  These offerings are designed to help businesses reduce cost, improve productivity while reducing their environmental impact. This centre builds on the Experience Centre located in Melbourne and Sydney featuring industry-leading products and solution demonstrations from HP together with HP solutions partners such as Kofax, Securejet and Opentext.

The local centres are in addition to the HP Imaging and Printing Solutions Experience Centres located in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Richard Bailey, Vice President, Imaging and Printing Group, HP South Pacific was on hand to launch the new Perth centre to customers and partners and showcase the live demonstrations of the latest industry leading HP print solutions, including:

—  HP ePrint for Enterprise Solution enables businesses to drive business productivity further with a cloud-based mobile printing service. Users can easily print presentations, reports, photos and more from their smartphone or laptop to any registered printer within the network.

—  HP Access Control Pull Printing Solution stores print jobs and releases them only when user provides identification at the printer.  This allows for confidential and secured printing environment—and users can share print devices without loss of privacy and security.  This also provides better control over copying and printing, and reduces unnecessary printing and wastage, resulting in increased cost savings.

—  HP Digital Sending Software Workflow Solution enables HP multifunction devices with authentication, send-to-LANfax, send-to-folder and optical character recognition capabilities.  This adds more printer functionalities easily, integrates paper and digital documents end ensures security of data with user authentication requirements.
