SYDNEY, Australia – HP Australia recently announced the latest version of its industry top ranked customer communication management solution HP Exstream, together with an increased focus with senior appointments in this area:

—  HP has introduced HP Exstream 8.0, the latest version of its enterprise customer communication management solution, which combines customer relationship management with mission-critical document production. HP Exstream software is designed to replace existing software products and in-house systems with a single, comprehensive platform for creating and personalising all document types – including complex publications like catalogues and insurance policies – regardless of delivery channel or environment (e.g., high-volume, interactive, on-demand) – resulting in significant reductions in maintenance and development costs. It is a single platform for design through delivery of any type of document across the enterprise.  HP Exstream Version 8.0 HP’s software portfolio now enables assured delivery and receipt of on-demand documents, electronic signatures for accelerated transactions and expanded multichannel capabilities for enterprise customers.
