Office Choice has recently released an exciting new business intelligence tool, PHOCAS, available to all members in Pronto. This program is mapped to the members’ back end data and highlights opportunities and business information that will really help their sales skyrocket!
PHOCAS works with Pronto, is easy to use, and provides ready access to very useful market intelligence, including not only what customers are buying, but what they aren’t buying and what they could be buying more of. This helps members target promotions and identifies customers who are most likely to buy a new product or range. Used effectively, PHOCAS can be pivotal as you take market share from your competitors.
