Split into three separate sections – Life Instyle (the main event), First Instyle (showcasing products from new designers) and Kids Instyle (kids toys and clothes), the event, taking place in the beautiful surrounds of the Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne from 4th - 7th August, is not to be missed.

Whether you own a small boutique and are looking for next season’s must-have item, run a quirky homewares, gifts, kids or lifestyle website, or you’re on a buying mission for a large department store, this unique trade only event offers a relaxing alternative to the mainstream.

The designer brands are creative and original, allowing buyers to wave goodbye to typically manic exhibitions, and browse within a hassle-free environment. All Life Instyle exhibitors are selected by a jury for their high quality and fashionable, up-to-date design.

Last year, Life Instyle was a shopaholic’s heaven - a veritable feast of fashion, gifts, kids and homewares brands, with record numbers attending on the opening day. The organisers are looking forward to even more leading buyers, retailers, stylists and media coming through the doors this year, particularly those coming from outside Victoria and from overseas. Visitors will get to preview the latest trends from established designers, as well as some of the newest Australian and International brands coming onto the market this year.

“The idea behind Life Instyle is to bring great quality products together within a chic and comfortable setting for potential buyers to view all under one roof” says Life Instyle Exhibition Director Amelia Coote-Harris. “This exhibition is the place to be if you want to spot the newest trends for the upcoming season. Life Instyle provides buyers, retailers and stylists with an amazing number of new and well-known brands to source for their stores.”

Eagle-eyed attendees who want to ‘discover’ the next big thing can look forward to the First Instyle exhibition space, featuring young, new designers and craftspeople showcasing their creations to the wholesale market for the first time. Some brand new names from talented Australian designers will include Adorning Al, Buttercup Ink, Rabbit & the Duck, and Lily loves Pearl.

For buyers interested in kids’ fashion, toys, accessories and everything in between, Life Instyle will include the colourful Kids Instyle area again this year. Some exciting names that will feature are aden & anais, Cocoon Couture and Lullaby Linen, as well as new designs from Little Mouse Brown, the brainchild of Brisbane designer Renee Lee, Old Soles leather baby shoes, and Kawaii for You a range of Japanese kids gifts.

“Last year’s Kids Instyle event was a massive success. We featured the top designs in fashion and lifestyle products in the kids market, and had lots of visitors commenting on the energetic atmosphere exclusive to Kids Instyle. We think the brands this year are even more exciting, and we can’t wait to hear what the buyers think.” said Amelia Coote-Harris.

Life Instyle will run from 4th - 7th August 2011 in the Royal Exhibition Building, Melbourne. For further information about attending, exhibiting and for a full list of exhibitors, log onto www.lifeinstyle.com.au or check out the Facebook page www.facebook.com/LifeInstyle
