Office choice welcomes Ozainee Jalani as their new Pronto support and installation team member. He will be assisting members with support of their Pronto software and also with installation and rollout around Australia.
Many members have already received phone or fax/email support from Ozainee, and are impressed with his high service standards.
Ozainee will be a great asset in the IT area and with extensive experience with ERP systems, his skills match perfectly with the Office Choice system configuration. His most recent position was in ERP support with a company involved in office products.
Ozainee thrives on just about any form of travel, with Australia another stop on his adventures. Arriving here in 2003 from Malaysia, Ozainee definitely likes what he sees as he is still here and extremely happy! However, that doesn’t mean he has lost his passion to see the world, and Ozainee is looking forward to more travel in future years. “Although the kids (3 boys) are settled here in local universities; you never know when the next destination will call.”
Outside of work, Ozainee has an eclectic mix of interests, “I love cycling, reading and cooking – although not just the act of cooking – the science of cooking fascinates me.”
