Tested to the extreme and ready for use with either the PT-9700PC or PT-9800PCN labellers, Brother’s new HG tapes are perfect for commercial, chemical and industrial sectors.
The PT-9700PC (standard model) and PT-9800PCN (advanced model) are high specification label printers. They are ideal for use in professional and harsh environments where labeling must be comprehensible and able to withstand high temperatures, abrasion or exposure to chemicals.
HG laminated tapes are patented to Brother, with technology to achieve even the toughest conditions without breaking, fading or losing their adhesive power.
Another premier feature of the HG tapes is that together with the PT-9700PC and PT-9800PCN they produce incredibly fast print speeds at up to 80mm per second. This is up to eight times faster than Brother’s PT-2430 and has a much higher resolution quality at 360 x 720 dpi.
The HG tapes feature a range of colours designed to stand out and attract attention, including black on white, black on yellow and black on matte silver. With sizes ranging from 12mm to 36mm, the capabilities of the HG tapes include barcode labels, address labels, time and date labels and badge labels, to ensure a business operation runs smoothly with optimum organisation.
Other uses for these hardwearing tapes include cable labelling, switchboard marking, dated labeling of chemicals and drugs, document organisation and address labels for mailing out goods.
Available from the 2 July 2010, prices for HG labels start from $195 for a pack of five.
